By using the Social Post Engine for Maveristic (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Description of Service
The Service is a tool built on Google Apps Script and Google Sheets that allows authorized users to compose, manage, and publish content to designated Facebook Pages and Groups.
2. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content (text, images, links) that you publish through the Service.
You agree to comply with all of Facebook's terms, policies, and community standards. Misuse of the Service that violates Facebook's policies may result in action being taken against your Facebook account by Facebook.
You are responsible for generating and securely managing your Facebook Access Token. The security of this token and your Google account is your responsibility.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or for distributing spam.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
Maveristic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, failed posts, or any action taken by Facebook against your account.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, as determined by the administrator of the Google Sheet.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India.
